Playgroup

I've loved having a little playgroup trade-off with Colin's friends. They really enjoy each other and are so cute together. It's so interesting to see two year old interact with each other. They really want to be nice and sweet and share and get along, but sometimes their own immediate needs just get in the way of that. At the beginning of the year there was lots of pushing and hitting and crying and grabbing toys, but they have learned so much and now can be heard saying things like, "your turn," "sorry," "you ok?"

At my house, they like to choose instruments, stand in the big front window and jam to the music (they like Wiggles). After about 20 minutes of that we blow lots of bubbles and they find interesting ways to pop them (using props, kicking, with their tongues and of course the classic catch-in-the-hand method).
