This week is catch-up. I have stuff for a couple of meals I didn't ever get around to making (dumplings, chicken with curry sauce), but if it were ALL NEW here's what I would make:
Shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches
Salad
Asian-grilled salmon
Asparagus and peas
Pasta with artichoke hearts, tomatoes and basil (lemon juice and S&P to season)
ciabatta
Nicoise Salad (with leftover salmon)
Pizza (have to have it once a week!)
