My Week in Meals - #9

A few notes about this week of meals: Now that it's a bit cold, I'm loving soups. Lots of soup. On Tuesday we are meeting up with some family and some friends for dinner and trick-or-treating. With both potato and butternut soup, everyone should be happy. Sunday is foxy Roxcy's birthday. I know she'd love breakfast in bed, so tried to think of her favorite things to eat for breakfast. She's also requested her all-time favorite meal: homemade dumplings. And of course, chocolate cake with chocolate frosting for the birthday cake. Check back this week for recipes of chocolate cake, homemade dumplings, butternut squash & apple bisque & autumn succotash.

I have to make a comment about the potato soup- I made it myself from your recipe and it's

1) easy to make
2) contains easily available ingredients I always have
3) YUMMY!
4) YUMMY to the infinity power
