Milky Way Tart



Oh my heck! This is so good. Think rich, shortbread like chocolate cookie crust, layer of homemade caramel and chocolate whipped cream on top. Good, good.

what kind of chocolate did you use? i know the recipe says lindt or perugina, but I always love to use trader joe's, was it a pain to make? I'm gearing up for this one, have you tried city bakery's?

josh- thanks for the comment. i'll let you have the last piece.
jenni- i had a hard time finding good milk chocolate, so i ended up using ghiradelli milk chocolate chips. i'm sure not as good as the finer chocolate but still really good. it wasn't a pain, just start early because there are lots of things to refridgerate. i want to try city bakery's now to compare.
