Lime

If I had my way, I'd be sitting on the patio at Lime right now. I miss Western Mexican food. When we were Denverites, this was our favorite place to go. Even the hair in Sandy's salsa didn't stop us from coming. Mmmmm, deep fried chips, scorpions (shrimp on jalapenos stuffed with chipotle cheese filling and fried in a wrapper), the best chile rellenos EVER, sweet corn tamales, and for desseret tres leche cake.

I feel the same way every time we have to move. I miss having the bakery down the street from our house in Germany as well as the Greek restaurants. I miss the Salmon at this great restaurant in Kansas and we still talk about going to get these yummy salads from a little place on 600 East in Salt Lake. Good food and happy memories, which is better? I love your blog, I am making the lemon cake today.

I'm loving your blog. Very good, and very mouth watering. I've got to stop reading it right before dinner! Somehow the frozen pizza I was going to make just doesn't seem to cut it, now that I've seen that incredible plate of food. Maybe we should go out!
