A couple of pregnant friends recommended the Bella Band to me. It's just a round tube of spandex-like material that you wear around your belly. Sounds a little wierd, but I'm really liking it. I have two pairs of maternity pants that are too big, it keeps them up. I also am wearing my regular pants unbuttoned and it keeps them up and gives me coverage so I'm not showing anything I don't want to show. I like that I can wear regular shirts and cover the rest of my belly with it. I bought mine at Destination maternity (it's Mimi maternity brand version) but you can also order them on-line.
