Zion National Park

We've been waiting for it to cool down a bit before we ventured to Zion. Last Saturday it was a cool 95, perfect! We haven't been in years; it is still the most incredible, breathtaking place. It was still pretty crowded, but that was ok; lots of Europeans because of the weak dollar. It was fun to hear so many different languages. The kids were amazing hiking over 2.5 miles to the Upper Pools. We can't wait to go back and do some more exploring.

Fun. Will you invite us next time? We are too lazy to plan a trip and our kids have never been. Criminal. I know. Let's just say we have been waiting for you guys to go, so now you are here... let's go. We will bring the water and you can provide the food. Delish.

I love Zion. My favorite time to go is in the winter months. That is where we would go to warm up when I was at school in cedar city.

So pretty! We haven't done much hiking as a family. Jimmy's not quite up to speed yet, and too heavy to carry in the backpack. Hopefully next summer we'll get some good hiking action.
