Chicken Chili

I love Ina Garten's recipes for their simplicity and incomparable taste. I want to say they are clean, but that's not always a word you use to describe food. This is what I mean; take her Chicken Chili, because you roast and shred the chicken before adding it to the soup there is no meat grease or fat swimming in the broth. You have clean distinct flavors; tomato, onions, pepper, chicken and chili spices (cumin, chili powder). It's really fabulous, especially topped with Fritos, sour cream and cheese. Hurry and make it before the weather gets to warm. (Freezes well too.)
P.S. This recipe is only available on-line for a short time, so even if you aren't going to make it this week, print it out now and save it. You'll be glad.
