The bella band

A couple of pregnant friends recommended the Bella Band to me. It's just a round tube of spandex-like material that you wear around your belly. Sounds a little wierd, but I'm really liking it. I have two pairs of maternity pants that are too big, it keeps them up. I also am wearing my regular pants unbuttoned and it keeps them up and gives me coverage so I'm not showing anything I don't want to show. I like that I can wear regular shirts and cover the rest of my belly with it. I bought mine at Destination maternity (it's Mimi maternity brand version) but you can also order them on-line. Thanks for the tip girls!

Yeah i've heard of this too and actually H&M used to make a very inexpensive version (my friend had me go on a hunt for it to send to her). Also, with layering very 'in' right now you can probably wear it under some of your non maternity shirts for a couple more months

I may need one of these after I eat the "Outrageous Brownies".

thanks for this post- I need it.

it's like it would look as if a 'shades' shrit is underneath when it sticks out? Is that the idea? I can live with that look...

I thought you were posting about a girl music band! The belt band thing does sound much better than a bunch of ladies singing.

Nice, fresh look to your blog. I think it's easier for me to read, too.
