Sarabeth's Fruit Preserves
Every summer I search the stores for fruit, strawberries, apricots, etc . . . . , to make homemade jam. No more. I have discovered a jam that is so amazing, so natural, so perfect that my homemade jam will never compete. Now I will go straight to Stew Leonard's (you can also order on-line) and buy tons of mason jars (they are a large 18 oz. size) of Sarabeth's. Listen to the ingredients of the Strawberry Raspberry: strawberries, sugar, raspberries, lemon juice (impressive, right?) and the Peach Apricot: peaches, sugar, dried apricots. NOTE: May contain occasional pit. (How charming is that?) I was first introduced to Sarabeth's Bakery when attending the Martha Stewart show. Before we were seated we were served yummy chocolate cookies from the New York bakery. She has four restaurants in NYC, I can't wait to visit one. In the meantime, I will be eating Sarabeth's jam by the spoonful.

Are they as expensive at Stews as they are online? (ten dollars a bottle) - and can you get them at Trader Joes?
erin, i've realized ever since you stopped blogging on a regular basis, i've stopped cooking. now it might just be a coincidence, but i think you should get back to blogging so i can get my life back in order
elizabeth, you can get it at stew's for just $7.00 a bottle. come visit me and i'll get you some.
liz, i think i'm becoming an end of the week blogger.
You made some clear points there. I looked on the internet for the subject matter and found most persons will consent with your blog.
