What a perfect day for a snow day. We had a big Valentines Day breakfast, eggs benedict and strawberries, then had a mid-morning nap. OK, I had a mid-morning nap, while the kids watched tv. Watching tv on a school day is a pretty big thrill in our house so they felt spoiled. I can still hear the hail falling outside, it makes a peculiar tinkling sound. Also a perfect day to try Mema's bread!
