Master List of Meals

In an effort to be more organized, efficient and productive I decided to make a Master List of Meals. These are meals that we eat a lot. They are family standards and I am familiar with the ingredients, time and preparation involved. I haven't included side dishes on many of them, but will include a vegetable in every meal. Also, by varying the sides the entrees don't get old month after month. As I think about what we should eat each week, I'll draw primarily from this list, but will also throw in things I want to try (from magazines, tv or friends). Hopefully I'll stumble on some new family favorites that I can add to the master list. I've organized them into general seasons, which basically means what time of the year I'm in the mood for it. What family favorites would you add to the list?

Thank you for sharing your list. As I was pouring cold cereal for my kids dinner tonight I thought to myself I wish I had a list of meals because I am out of ideas. You're brilliant!

Great list. I would have to put chicken enchiladas on every season. I am so addicted I make them at least once a week. I have a junior league SLC cookbook that organizes by season and I love it, makes a lot of sense to do it that way.
