Liz called, asking me questions about my bark and after I thought about it, I realized I left off a step that could be important. I've changed the recipe accordingly, but just know that putting the white chocolate in the freezer for a few minutes after it's spread in the pan might help it to not get too hot in the oven. Sorry about that.
What we ate last week or man, we need more vegetables:
1 - BBQ chicken, new potatoes, green beans
I started with frozen chicken breasts, cooked them in the oven at 350 (covered with foil) for about 20-25 minutes. Then I took the foil off coated them in BBQ sauce (Kansas City Style from Trader Joe's, yum) and baked them for another 10-15 minutes. I steamed the potatoes and green beans (frozen, also from TJ's).
2 - Sausage and Bean Soup, homemade bread
Although I've followed similar recipes, I just made this one up with what I had. I started with sweet sausage, browned it, added 1 onion, diced and 2 garlic cloves, minced. When that was nice and fragrant I added a 28 oz. can diced tomatoes, 1 can white kidney beans, 1 can dark kidney beans, chicken broth, a pinch of red pepper flakes and salt. Simmer to let flavors meld.
3 - Parmesan Chicken, Fries, Green Beans
Heather made this. Yummy. The chicken recipe is one of my favorites. Kids love it too.
4 - Sunday Dinner: Pork Tenderloin, Asparagus, Roasted New Potatoes, Milky Way Tart
The best meal ever. More on the tenderloin later, but it's basically stuffed with roasted garlic, fresh herbs and then wrapped in bacon. And you've already heard me talk about the milky way tart, but seriously it is the best thing ever. (I make it in a pie pan instead of individual desserts).

okay that's it, i really need to try that milky way tart thing.
Do you just put the chicken in the oven frozen or do you have to thaw it first?
I didn't thaw my chicken first, but they were pretty thin breasts.
