I went shopping this morning and butter was on sale: $1.99 per pound! $1.99 PER POUND. I almost fainted right there in the dairy section. I now have 5 lbs. of unsalted and 5 lbs. of salted butter in my deep freeze. It makes me smile every time I think about it.
