Braised Short Ribs

This crock-pot recipe for Braised Short Ribs from Bon Appetit is really, really good. A perfect fall meal. We ate it on Sunday with mashed potatoes and chocolate pound cake (also from the magazine, but not as impressive) for dessert. In the magazine they recommend mixing the leftover shredded meat with a jar of spaghetti sauce and serving it over parpadelle later in the week. We did and it was also very yummy and easy. This is definetely one we'll be making again.
