Menu for a Surprise BBQ

I had the most fun helping with Jared's surprise party. Liz did an amazing job putting the whole thing together and keeping it a secret! Liz had asked everyone to share a story about Jared and that was super fun, sitting around talking about all the crazy and cool things Jared has done.

Menu:
Sun-dried Tomato Dip with veggies (Liz has made this a number of times and I always LOVE it, so I was excited to try it. Really easy and yummy.)
Stanley dip with veggies
Fruit

Mediterranean Shish-ka-bobs
Helen Stone's Chicken (Betsy got this recipe from a friend and it is so wonderful on the grill.)
Cous-cous (I love the whole wheat kind I get at Trader Joe's. So fast and yummy.)
Tabbouleh (I used barley instead of bulgar, cooked it ahead of time and used about half the dressing.)
Celeste's Salad (Betsy made this and I couldn't get enough, I'm still thinking about it.)
