Superbowl Snacks
I don't care much about the Superbowl, but love an excuse for an event. Last year we went to the Blair's and ate hot buffalo wings and 7-layer dip and chips and watched the ads intently and talked through the game. It was perfect. We are definitely making the chicken wings with homemade creamy Roquefort dipping sauce again. They were pretty easy and perfect football food. I used this recipe, with a few changes. I used both little drumsticks and wings. Instead of deep frying the meat, I put them on a baking sheet and baked them for 30 minutes at 350. Then I melted the 1 cube of butter and 1 C. Frank's Hot Sauce together and dipped each piece. Super easy.

We add a little lemon juice, too. Frank's is a staple item in my fridge. Yay for Buffalo wings!
I saw a preview of the Coke ad--quite fun and cute. this is the big season for ad makers, I guess. Sounds fun to have a party for the occasion!
